Our Culinary Journey


Saffie’s Kitchen was born from a mother’s love. It started with a simple desire to make sure my son could still enjoy nourishing, home-cooked meals even when he was miles away from London. When he worked in Hull, Yorkshire, I would plan and cook his weekly meals, carefully selecting quality ingredients and preparing each dish with care. I portioned the meals, blast-chilled them, packed them in insulated boxes with dry ice, and sent them off by Royal Mail for next-day delivery.
Every week, he would call me, excited to tell me which meals he’d shared with colleagues , a little taste of home, travelling across the country.
That joy, that connection, and the comfort of homemade food is the heart of Saffie’s Kitchen.
